If you have been following the blog, we met Monique and Courtney in June during their engagement shoot. I have been excited about their wedding ever since. It is amazing how time flies and it feels like yesterday I first met the couple. It was actually last year that they booked me through Oventz International Event Planning. Odessa and Danielle always send me the greatest brides and I am always confident we are matched perfectly to the couple because of them. It was the third day of a record setting heatwave here in NY. We started at the Inn at Fox Hollow. It was perfect to showcase all of the detail shots. Kiley (Kiley Mullen Photography) was of course with me as always providing great groom coverage as well as amazing shots from the whole day. I am really lucky to have her as a shooting partner. I can't say it enough! You will be able to get to know us a little better in the spring when we will be working on a promo video about how we work together, how we work with our couples and what our businesses mean to us. We are really looking forward to sharing all of this with you because we do want you to get to know us better and get an idea of how it might be if we were part of your special day. The ceremony took place at The Fox Hollow in the outdoors. It was hot but very beautiful. Everyone who is close to the couple endured the heat for them. I am not surprised. Monique and Court are really such an adorable couple who are very much in love.
The reception room that the couple picked is my favorite at the venue. The room was set up beautifully. No detail was overlooked. It totally set the tone for a great time and lots of dancing!
We are so glad that the day and night went off without a hitch. We are very excited to see what the future holds for this couple. The deserve nothing but the very best!
