If you have been following the blog, you first met Becca and Ara during their awesome engagement shoot a few months back. I was so excited to see them again and really looking forward to the wedding. There was no disappointment let me tell you! Becca looked beautiful! Kiley and I started early at the hotel Becca and the girls were getting ready at. Lots of fun conversations were had as well as some awesome moments captured. Here are some of Kiley's and my favorite moments from the day.
We were also able to run by and see Ara getting ready. He looked great and very ready to get married to his long time love, Becca.
The ceremony was very romantic and had a more private feel to it. Kiley and I are very lucky to be able to see so many cultures and traditions at all our weddings. It is one of the many parts of my job that I love.
The reception was at the Swan Club in Roslyn Harbor, NY. Becca planned all the details for the decor with much thought. The tables were named after all the cities the couple had worked as DJs in. The Swan Club grounds are fantastic for pictures. We got there early spent some time getting all the more formal pictures done so the couple could enjoy cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.
I am so happy for the newlyweds and wish them the best of everything their new life together has to offer!

A Massachusetts Wedding to Remember!
I love Massachusetts. I think the state is beautiful and I love visiting there as often as I can. Margo had contacted me last year about shooting her wedding I had no problem saying "Yes!". Margo and Chris met on Match.com which is close to my heart since that is how I met my very wonderful husband. I met up with them in the fall for an awesome engagement shoot that produced some of my favorite images from last season. I can easily say that their wedding has produced some of my favorites from this year already! We started off by meeting the girls at the salon. Here are some of both mine and Kiley's favorite moments.
I shot Margo and Chris's wedding a day after my own birthday. She was thoughtful enough to give me a wonderful gift that was custom made for me in my company colors. I really love it. It was so sweet of her to think of me on HER special day! I have the best clients.
I was glad that Kiley was able to take the long road trip with me. Although I thought she might kill me when at the end of the night I announced I lost my car keys! I found them. I am sure she was relieved as was I. Here is some of the amazing groom coverage she was was able to capture.
I often look for props that I can work into the wedding that reflect the couple's personalities. I was shopping one day and came across these books. I snapped a picture on my cell and sent them to Margo asking if she liked them. She did and I did not leave the store without them. I love the 1940's and 50's and Margo reminds me of one of those glam pin up girls. The books were a great fit for the very fun couple.
The bridesmaid's accessories were great. Again, each one had a special meaning to each of the girls. Margo had them custom made as well.
The day was filled with fun and the people closest to the couple. Margo spent so much time on the details of the actual wedding, but this couple really knows that the important thing is the MARRIAGE.
Wishing Margo and Chris all the luck and love in the world. Something is telling me that they won't need it!
